For the last 6 months, whenever I attempt to level Draenor Inscription with orange level recipes Ive received no skill ups. Every time Ive had to make a ticket to get them. It is a known issue, reported on the forums, but never fixed.
The last answer to my ticket said the skill ups are happening in the background but are not being sent to the user interface
