This issue has been ongoing since August 2024, starting during The War Within Early Access, and remains unresolved.
I am unable to continue the Sojourner of Azj-Kahet achievement due to a bug preventing me from receiving the Pheromones: High Hollows buff after reaching 2/9 reputation with The Weaver (Crony status).

Issue Description
The Pheromones: High Hollows buff is not applied despite meeting the reputation requirement (2/9 with The Weaver).
As a result, quest progression tied to the Sojourner of Azj-Kahet achievement cannot continue.
Because of this, I am locked out of the “World-Soul Searching” meta-achievement for The War Within, as well as a campsite reward from the “All That Khaz” achievement, which requires completing Sojourner of Azj-Kahet.
Troubleshooting Already Attempted
Party Sync
Campaign replay on alternate characters
Repeating relevant quest chains
Testing on a secondary account (issue persisted; reputations are account-wide in The War Within, preventing workaround via alts)
Maybe you’re stuck behind a story hurdle? I believe that some story quests are unlocked as you get through rep with the other two factions. It’d be nice if the bug was fixed, but in the meantime, maybe try raising your rep with the other two higher and getting farther through as many quests in the main storyline of the zone as you can do to see if that resolves it?
I imagine that you need the other reps and quests for Sojourner too.
Thanks for your answer ! That photo was from august 2024, im already at max renown/reputation with all the reps on the war within including all the spiders. Also you get access to the quests im missing to get sojourner after you get the buffs from the weaver wich i didn’t get.
Sorry it has taken me a while to respond, Rivex, I’ve been trying to dig into this one.
From what I could find out the overall issue that caused this was hotfixed back in September 2024. Somehow it seems to have missed you and unfortunately, there doesn’t currently seem to be a way around it.
You said you have replaced the campaign on alternate characters. Did you use any of the skips ? The theory is that if you progress through the campaign story normally on an alternate character without skips, you may be able to unlock the missing pheromone once you complete the quest.
Most of the times I replayed the campaign I used the TWW campaign skip. However, I believe I replayed the full campaign at least once without using any skips, although I’m not entirely sure.
Here is what I plan to try next:
Replay the whole campaign on a level 70 alt and see what happens.
Earn reputation with The Weaver on that alt as well (I have always done it on my main, which might be the character affected by the bug. I have never tried earning reputation on an alt).
I may also attempt to replay the campaign later through Chromie Time when it becomes available in Midnight.
I will update you as soon as I have more information.

You should try without skips this time, if the reputation with the weaver is bound to the character (i don’t remember if it was), hopefully it will work gl
I completed the full TWW campaign again on my alt Morguz-Area 52 and gathered the following information:

Im not a hundred percent sure but this bug may be locking me from the “Itsy Bitsy Spider” achievement aswell, (wich is also part of TWW meta achievement ) as it seems you can only see Thimble if the weaver considers you a crony, as you need the "Treasures: Weave-rat Caches " https://imgur.com/HAtWPuf

At this point, it seems I may not be able to complete these achievements without Blizzard’s intervention.
Well, unfortunately i’m with this exactly issue since August 2024 and nobody and nothing seems to work, i’ve opened a few tickets always after some minor/major patch during the whole year of 2025 and still nothing, i’ve tried all the sugestions, many alts doing the campaign in both factions, i did the weekly quest with the Weaver almost every single week and i still do.
And it gets even worse because this issue prevents any means to earn some achievements:
(Loremaster of Khaz Algar, Sojourner of Azj-Kahet, Azj the World Turns, You Xal Not Pass, All That Khaz, Itsy Bitsy Spider and the brand new meta Worldsoul-Searching) and to be even more specific, 2 mounts, 1 warband campsite, 1 transmog set, 1 decor item and a lot of achievements points and for completionists, this is painful =( .
I totally agree that at this point this can only be solved by some Blizzard intervention.
And to be clear, this fix that Vrakthris mentioned happened, it shows as a buff but we cannot interact with the last two npcs because somehow the game skipped the line that we should’ve gained the pheromone buff and the Weaver-rat cache buff.
So much time has passed makes me wonder if we will ever get our character fixed.
I opened more than 20 tickets on this topic for the last 18 months.
What scares me the most is, if this is not fixed when it’s current content, what are the chances of getting this fixed when the new expansion drops with a ton of new and more important bugs to solve?
I consider myself a completionist and a mount collector more than anything and this is locking me out of a campsite and a super cool mount and it hurts to see that im never going to be able to get all the TWW mounts if this is not fixed.
I would stop opening tickets at this point the GMS arent gona be able to fix this and it will start being borderline GM harrassment and ur ticket opening will be curtailed.

Responding to Darthwraith im not harassing anyone, im doing everything i was told to wich includes: posting on forums, using in game bug report , tried every possible workaround and nothing seems to work, opening tickets to see if someone is even looking at it feels like the only thing left i can do.
I feel like this could easily be solved by doing a rollback to my reputation and i start earning it back again.
The issues with opening tickets to Support is a GM will never be able to help you, they simply don’t have the tools nor access to do what your asking, anything that can help you will require a developer, and Support does not open bug reports so they will just close your tickets. At this point this seems to be clearly a bug, and your best option since a blue responded on this thread, is to open up a post on the Bug Forum, where the QA team will see it, since QA does not see posts here, and nobody here can create a bug request for you.
While I suspect you have also submitted a bug ticket, which is good so you don’t need to submit another. The benefit of the post in the Bug Report forum, will be that it could get others to post if they are having similar issues, which could hopefully show more impact leading to higher prioritization. Additionally, as I suspect this isn’t a hugely impacting issue, maybe bump the thread every 2-3 weeks.
The last palace I would post also would be the Quests forum, its possible someone there has some additional ideas, and anything you can do, likely will come sooner than a bug fix, even if the chance is low.
