May be the same issue from here, most who lost items got nothing back—let alone ‘complete’ restoration. Those who got any items back received them in the mail on the GM character, which would have a longer expiration period than most mails but still could have timed out by now. Data loss is always concerning, the lack of response has been horrifying.
