Posting this since there’s been no WoWhead article or anything else I’ve seen.
If you’re like me and you missed a ton of appearances from the cloak of Infinite Potential (I skipped 27 cloaks because of how many threads I was being blasted with) Then you’re in luck!
On the Timeless Isle in Pandaria, the Dragon Whelpling Nostwin, near Emperor Shaohao should have your cloak and various other appearances that you may have missed. He moves around a lot and doesnt stay still for long though.
The other appearances I saw were all uncollected and require Timewarped Badges.
Please keep in mind that this NPC may not have anything for you or might not be there if you haven’t done MoP Remix. But thats only a theory since I can’t confirm that.
