this here. i didnt finish the order hall completely. but doing the broken shore intro then logging out loaded the NPCs into dalaran. i used the death gate to Acherus and when i moved i got a quest pop up. went back to dalaran and boom now doing the quest to get the 3rd and final(blood) artifact for DK

yes same thing happend to me i started unholy and wanted to go blood. and the same thing auto switch my specs then no quest nothing after

Also having this issue. Do not have quests to get either of my other two artifacts. Started as frost, cant get unholy or blood artifact quests anywhere

It’s a phasing/time line issue that is prevalent across multiple classes. I have this issue on warlock, monk, and dk now. Any artifact quest that requires you to go to “old world” content becomes irretrievable if you get DCd or desynced in any way. A literal game breaking bug that is not just present but common and easily replicated. And yet no response, blizzard. Keep up the work
they should just give all the artifacts weapons from the get go. wtf is this.

Also happening to me. Started as Blood, got Frost, then accepted the Unholy quest which sends you to older content. Decided to focus on Zone campaigns and the quest disappeared. Later, I went back to the Unholy quest giver who instantly switched me to Unholy, but no artifact, and no further quests. Nothing in my quest log.

Issue is occuring with me and really taking away from the fun of legion remix.

I have 2/3 DK weapons but cannot unlock the 3rd. The quest simply doesn’t exist.

Hoped someone had found a fix, just picked blood for my second artifact weapon, turned in quest, nothing else came up. Restart happening right now, maybe a fix? We pray to Arthas

What’s extra fun is that I started as Blood, and now that I’m unable to get going on my Unholy I’m getting complaints in raids for entering as DPS. Hey, I don’t know the fights well enough to tank 'em, but I can’t run another spec until this is fixed. Thanks, Blizz, for causing conflict for me.
Ok, I found a “fix” accidentally. It worked for me, and hopefully it’ll work for you guys as well. If you talk to Eternus and complete the legion introduction quests, i.e. the assault on the broken shore, it should let you continue. I was playing blood and took the frost quest and it broke, and upon completing that chain of events and receiving my dalaran hearthstone, I got the quest from bolvar to go to icecrown.

Thank you for this solution! I ran the Unholy and Blood questlines just fine. Then, with Frost, I changed specs and never got the quest at the NPC. I decided to try this out, and it worked wonders — I ran the Legion intro until it took me back to Dalaran, then logged out and back in. I took my Death Gate to Acherus, and there was the quest after a few seconds.
Completing the Assault on the Broken Shore scenario all the way to witnessing the teleportation of Dalaran worked for me! When I went back to the DK order hall, the quest to get the Maw of the Damned artifact automatically popped up.

Worked for me as well. Why couldn’t Blizz have made it more obvious? Who would have thought you’d have to repeat the intro? And a lot of other folks did not have to. So it’s still a bug. But at least it’s fixable.
Hmmm… He doesn’t seem to have any scenario for me… One of his conversation choices is “(Quest) How did Dalaran come to be on the Broken Isles?” but selecting it does nothing for me… not even a dialog in chat. I even tried switching back to normal from Heroic.
