youre really gating M+ until the 24th? if i knew that i never would have got early access because whats the point of even playing for the first month?

curious, what was the consensus for the gear progression idea? i havent see any.
Man, game publishers have been milking FOMO addicts for 15 years if not more. I got Diablo 4 for half price by not buying it when it was new and half baked. Then I got its first expansion for free by buying its second expansion.
Just defaulting to the Follow button on Steam instead of the Buy button basically cuts the cost of being a gamer in half, sooner or later almost every Steam title goes on sale at a 50% discount.
So now WoW is doubling down on ripping off the FOMO crowd with Early Access. Shouldn’t be a surprise.
By the way this is why Blizzard and the rest of the industry cater to streamers so much, who buys everything at the FOMO price? – why the person who’s replaced a regular social life with a parasocial streamer following life of course, gotta be there on time with the rest of the herd.
I mean… They announced months ago it wasn’t going to be out until the 24th.

This can’t be right. You still need to completely release the new race. Where is the bioluminescent paint? Still not released in today’s patch.

doubt it if they’re daily, they only get to be champ if they’re weekly
I don’t think the lockout period has anything to do with it. Nothing below hero track really matters anyway, both to the players and to Blizz themselves.
It does according to blizzard. When they returned it to champ last time they specifically mentioned they also would have to change it back to weekly or It would affect gear progression

I hate that everything is catered towards that stupid “race.” It’s so much fun having to sit on my thumbs and wait for the content I enjoy to come out, because Joe Blow Schmo can’t practice self control. The argument that “we have to do it” just because its there and available is no different than a methamphetamines addict saying they had to use methamphetamines because it was there and available.

Heroic and Mythic 0 Dungeons- (Mythic dungeons move to a daily reset.)
Are heroic and mythic 0 dungeons not already available…? I get M0 is moving to a daily reset, but what does that have to do with heroic dungeons? I don’t understand the bullet point.
I get the delay of M+ to fall in-line with the release of mythic difficulty, and I’m not one who really cares about the system, but it feels like they should at least have the first few M+ levels to offer alternative Champion track gear, right? Since we’ll have the other avenues available.
Given, those that run M+ can farm that gear out, but it’s still no different than someone getting lucky and getting decked out in gear those people will quickly replace the following week anyway.
Why delay the whole system for the people who play for this feature?
Lot of people blame that, but I don’t actually think that’s it. They are all leveling 22 characters for splits and are going to be doing 22 splits anyway, m+ wouldn’t mean anything being available really
They delay it cause infinitely farmable champ and hero gear week one would probably kill their metrics for gear progression

I went looking for where this was said, but I was unable to find more than a clarification that they were moving back to a weekly lockout for TWW S2 with no ‘specific mention’ of why that change was made. They just said they were doing it. Could you point me to the announcement that I missed?
Hey Blizz, your weekly quest (chain) for a hero item doing PVP is a massive bait/switch, ridiculous.

To much digging for something that may have been an interview, but they specifically moved it back to weekly when it went back to champion from vet, they happened at the same time for a reason
