Midnight Pre-Patch: Glowing Eyes & Third Eye... Bug?

Hi. I’m not sure how to link in forums, since it won’t let me despite the interface having a link button. But, in the picture “linked” below, you can see my Gnome Holy Priest has glowing eyes and a third eye.

I have changed my transmog multiple times, even though I had this transmog for years, and nothing removes it. Is this tied to a talent? Is this what all Holy Priests look like now?

It’s not that I hate it, but I just don’t know where it is coming from and how to turn it off. Thanks in advance for any help/advice. Also, should I have posted this in the Bug Forum?

You’re specced into Oracle.

Thank you! A Guildie confirmed this for me, as well. I had been Archon in TWW but Oracle looks like it may be fun… though I do miss all those Surge of Light procs.

Also, this is the only Hero Tree that I’ve played to date across 12 chars (I have more than 1 of some Class) that permanently gives a visual change. That’s neat!

Fire and Arcane mages also get something when specced into Sunfury. Little Spellfire Spheres floating by their heads

I don’t think anyone else has anything that’s just permanently on your character.
