Midnight Pre-order shipping problems

My pre order for midnight has been sitting in a shipping warehouse for 2 weeks with no movement. Is anyone else experiencing this? Legends dynamics in Santa Fe, California. FedEx has it there and no movement. Both fedex (no help) and the warehouse has been notified with no resolution. Blizzard refunded me shipping cost but that’s it.

if they re-release the collector’s edition, when is that likely to happen? If I get refunded fully, I’ll jus have to wait until then I guess

Mine has been sitting at fedex since feb 27th. was supposed to be delivered by end of day march 2nd. It’s now the 4th and still no update from USPS other than that they have the pre-shipment information.

I’mi just filed a claim with FedEx and I’m contacting blizzard support again since they told me they’d investigate and get back to me, but that was a week ago
