Why can i complain about the roof when blizz just laid the foundation?
Because the foundation supports all structures of the building. If the foundation is off It doesn’t matter if the roof is built yet, because everything will be off. Poorly poured foundation will lead to shifting, causing walls to potentially shift and eventually possible roof collpase. If the foundation is wrong everything in time will be wrong.
Which is why you need inspections before and after a foundation is laid. To proceed to the next step.
Find issues early and expose them so they are fixed so youre not 6 months into a build and realize you have to tear it all down again.
