Micro stutters and lag

I am getting micro stutters and slight lag that i never experienced before the patch.

I was always able to run wow at 144fps if i needed to, but have it capped at 90fps. previous to this patch i never had this issue, ping is 30-40 and connection is fine no packet loss.

i912900k RTX3080 DDR5@5200 Perfectly smooth fps prior to update, 170fps locked nearly everywhere outside of the most strenuous activities. Since the update has been out its near constant stuttering as assets “pop in”. This seems very similar to DX12 compiler issues that plague other games where first exposure to an art assets causes fps stutters.

Stutter is present at 100%. Game is barely playable.

This is absolutely the worst. Game lag is so bad and im just doing quests. I hit anything to attack and its a lag on me for any type of rotation. Killing stuff is almost impossible if more than 1 add. I end up dead from the lag! Fix this!!!
