· Who we are: A bunch of old farts who play this game for FUN! (Crazy, right?) Most of us are in our 40’s and 50’s, so we remember when guilds were about teamwork and camaraderie and that is precisely the atmosphere we strive to maintain here. We don’t care how good your parses are, we recruit people we want to play with. Our goal is to get AOTC every season, run keys, and have a few laughs along the way.
· We raid Tues and Fri from 10pm-12am EST (7-9pm PST), and our guildies enjoy putting together M+ groups throughout the week at varying times.
· We are an intentionally small cross-faction, cross-realm guild. We will never mass recruit and we do not recruit for the bench. We do, however, welcome casual members and those only interested in M+.
· We are a veteran friendly guild!
What we are looking for
· Like-minded folks who want to be part of a team. We win as a team, we lose as a team, and we gear as a team.
· People who have a thick skin. We’re a tight-knit group and banter and jokes keep things interesting. If you’re easily offended you probably aren’t what we’re looking for.
· Ability to follow basic directions and accept constructive criticism. We have fun, but we still know when to focus up and get things done.

· People who put their loot wants above the needs of the team
· People who just log on for raids and have zero interaction with the guild
· People who consistently miss raids
