Misunderstanding how these nebulous voidcores work is really unforgiving. Last week when we first got them I rolled one on an M+, not understanding that the raids costed two. I was okay with this cause it gave myth track items, but when I just used my two nebulous cores in heroic chimaerous, it only gave heroic chest token as opposed to mythic.
I guess since M10+ awarded hero track gear, and the nebulous core I spent last week yielded a mythic track gear, I thought that spending it in a raid towards a hero track item would yield you a mythic track item (using nebulous cores) similar to M+. It did not and now I am stuck with the same chest piece I already had due to misunderstanding this system. womp womp

i’m still lost… i have my 298 pvp weapon and 1 trinket and tons of slivers that i wont need after my next trinket… but pve we are then locked behind more weeks of grinding to upgrade pve stuff to 298?
i dont even get the bonus roll stuff, havent done heavy PvE since MoP
I have not been able to get any slivers. I just finished my void forge so I hope that helps. I don’t get all the convoluted gearing and currencies. Then on top of that you have to track what level you run stuff to when you use certain roll things, but also make sure you don’t do any of it on Tuesdays or wednesdays in case there are new bugs, but now you also need to go do the new currency thing that just came out so you don’t get behind on time gated content. Now do all of this again for every character you have. At some point Blizzard needs to just stop.
