I leveled up a few of my twinks, but still got some sitting just in case shadowlands changes things up. 39, 49, 59, and 70.
I accidently leveled this one, but its fine since the bracket stays mostly the same. The others I kept the same level, gotta keep them cause you can always make higher characters but twinks take a ton of effort sometimes for the best gear, even the ones at max level intervals especially if it was recent. Shadowlands is probably gonna change a bit but idk how the queue thing is gonna turn out.
Maybe they will go the korraks revenge route.
I just gotta add I felt so bad leaving that game I was testing it in, they could tell that my character was a geared twink and their team was being crushed and I probably could have easily turned it around :(. So sorry to them on the rare chance they come looking!
Gonna log onto my twinks and reminisce of when I actually got queues lol. Maybe hunt down a few pieces of swap gear for certain setups.
Ya thats part of the thrill. Being able to make a change in the outcome - the hard part is balancing it with not being too overpowered like the plebs who run with 2 heals and use emotes like pogchamps.
But yes gear crafting is very fun along with various set ups, that was my favorite part finding unique set ups. reminiscence is ok but its much better to actually be able to play it.

I frequently check that one hoping for a resurgence, but its the same cluster of Voc posts about being leet even though he plays arcane mage in the 20 bracket lol

From your previous comment having an impact is certainly another reason why its nice to have twinks, but also there is a lot more too heh. Definitely gives it a good challenge.
Also, twinks usually balanced themselves out besides the rare stuff, healers are just naturally very powerful which could be accounted for.
20-29 is trash, last bg I queued for in there on a leveler was the nastiest comp i have seen in a while. The opposing team had 3 resto druids (broken), 4 mm hunters (very broken) and 3 arc mages (1 button wonder) in an eots.
Doubt even Lance Armstrong could survive that much cancer.

I think I remember seeing 5 multi boxing or very well synced arcane mages targeting one person at a time, it was impossible to survive especially with the interrupt.
Are resto druids pretty good in 20s? Resto shamans I heard were very good.
