dude we have 97% 3% or 98% and 2% servers… 65/35 is fine compared to that.
Edit: I just wanna say: Heartseeker alliance. Whatever you comment on, has the same weight as Uwe Boll calling a movie “good”
I’m pretty sure the servers would crash whenever Rallying Cry went out due to the concentration of players. They won’t merge them because they’re already high population, regardless of current faction balances.

Why not open of faction specific free transfer to each (and Thalnos). There are people who aren’t happy how their formerly medium (with even faction spread) servers (Netherwind and Earthfury) are now overcrowded messes and would transfer IF it was free.
35/65 is completely fine.
On topic, I don’t think Skeram alliance or Heartseeker horde are intrested in a merge. Let alone the other factions on those servers.
I wouldn’t want Onslaught on my server.
I’d be OK with a merger.
Speaking for myself and not for the rest of the Horde on Skeram, I’d love to see Blizz merge Skeram and Heartseeker or give Alliance players some huge incentive to transfer to Skeram. Playing on a 98% Horde dominated server was not what I envisioned when Classic launched. It’s so bad that whenever somebody sees an Ally toon it’s like seeing Bigfoot…screenshot or it didn’t happen.
Phase 2 didn’t suck just for Alliance on Skeram btw, it sucked for Horde too. Both factions had roving death squads running around and it sucked. Anyway, bring some Alliance our way…I think most people would appreciate a more balanced server.
As horde on heartseeker I would not want this.
