This is absolutely bang on and how Dynamic needs to work. Being unable to hover in Dynamic Flying is a HORRIBLE user experience, and the use of Vigor gatekeeps fast paced playing behind tokens of usability. So, I have to now wait to fly, because I’m a fast paced player who is frequently on and off his mount.
