IMO they should destructively break up the servers like Beni, Whitemane and Grob, and give those players free transfers to realms that donāt have layers.
Additionally kill layers.

If you killed layers on mega servers itād be RIP herb/mining profession, and the price of mats would skyrocket
Killing layers would mean server Qās for mega servers since each layer is basically a servers worth of players.
Doing so while also opening very restrictive transfers to other servers that do not have layers in an effort to balance thingsā¦ who am I kidding, all this is way outside blizzard capabilities, they canāt even do cubical crawling without abusing fellow employees.
