Nah but I play SP and I get crits with SW:D for 1300 with 0 stacks of weave and no consumes/externals. That ability needs a bit of a nerf. Same with rogue and boomy.
The issue is bliz always does huge nerfs without testing and never effectively shifts power elsewhere to compensate.
