I just tried it but with excape artist instead of meld and it worked fine with the blind/vanish combo in there so probably just a L2P issue for the OP
The macro is the correct script. Did you double-check to make sure that you don’t have a keybind/modifier conflict?

Blind is on the GCD. Macros stop at the first GCD
Macros only stop on the first gcd for the purposes of other abilities on the gcd. Abilities that are off gcd still execute.
