All quests that kill or pvp flag you on purpose were changed to not kill or flag you.

Because Linken’s quest line cannot be completed otherwise. But I’m too scared to try it!

You mean you’re VW hasn’t already? Mine is always trying to get Shar killed.
One of the most common things I yell at my computer is “Where the heck are you going” all while mashing the passive command for my VW as they try to wander off to parts unknown.
Just do it!
Just summon a doom guard with curse of doom and you will get to see it.

I cant say for ALL, but for quest that kill like the “Meet Me at the Grave”, reduces you to 1 hp then you can continue. I have done that quest 2 times already. Use item then HP pot.
As far as quests that “flag” you, they still do…at least for the PVP quests in Silithus (collecting sand) and in EPL (capping towers). Tower you need to flag yourself to do and sands auto flag you once picked up.
Also a Horde quest to plant a flag in an Alliance town in Hinterlands flags you also.
