Our systems are equipped with a multitude of touch and temperature and pressure sensors and link with our brains to assist with our spacial placement. You wouldn’t notice any loss of touch or movement.
Maintenance is key but you get used to it. Small price to pay for perfection.

I expect many of us are away or less interested in WoW due to content drought but we mechagnomes are a jubilant and optimistic bunch.
