I unlocked Mechagnomes this night/morning! Made a batch of them on accounts that arenā€™t subbed so I canā€™t level them until I come into some money but oh well. I love you guys, keeping the robospirit going lol sorry if thatā€™s creepy.

Was wondering how people found the racials balance in PVP if you guys/gals have done any PVP on your mechagnome selves. The duplicator seems difficult to get value out of, do the passives make up for it? I wonder.

Wonderful news! It is heartening to see so many come off the mechanization line!

For the most part our racials are very good for pvp. The ability to get your health back near low health, the primary stat ramp up (especially if youā€™re a ramp up class like BM hunter) is very nice and I use the light clones to drop aggro from lock and hunter pets most often.

All around weā€™re remarkable in pvp.

We appreciate it! I have a fondness for my Kulā€™tiran neighbors as well.

Iā€™m glad we are on the same side serving side by side.

I have seen people go after my duplicates in BGā€™s. Not alwaysā€¦but itā€™s happened enough that the button is worth pressing and it makes me chuckle every time.

For our melee brothers and sisters the duplicator functions as intended. For us casters. Not so much. The duplicates should use the base attack of the Mechagnomes spec. As a demonologist they should launch shadowbolts.

It is not flawless for all of us melee units it functions best for two-handed melee types. Those of us who dual wield or carry shields experience a minor visual matrix glitch that results in our light clones discarding their offhand weapon or shield.

Ifin itā€™s all the same to you, imma keep my meaty bits . . . Not to keen on loosin the ability to wear boots, gauntlets, bracers, sleeves and pant legs . . . Plus I like being able to feel the texture of things, canā€™t do that with robo hands.

Itā€™s not that bad, and we can always install more sensory diodes to your fingertips and palms to restore a full sense of touch. The only part of mechanization that can be a bit intrusive is the need for weekly maintenance. Having ones optical lenses glitch out and display the world tipped on its side in two separate directions can be rather disorienting. Never again will I skip maintenance day.

I enjoy clamping goblins ears from time to time. I think theyā€™re cute.

Life is made up of decisions and compromises, consequences. I made not feel the grass beneath my geared feet but I also can walk through snow without sustaining frostbite. Fel energies can damage and erode flesh while my clamps are largely unaffected by such trifles.

As of yet I havenā€™t found a gnome that I would care to embrace. My younger brother seems to fixate more on that sort of interaction. Heā€™s still focused on Gnomest unless I miss my guess. Perhaps he should weigh in on this topic.

I have yet to enjoy a mechagnome RPer. Iā€™ve always wanted to jokingly throw a EMP at a few though to see how they would react. Though that would be mean.

Not only mean spirited but also impolite.

The equivalent might be to hook up goblin jumper cables to your torso and have you stand in water.
