You should look up some guides, OP, on that meta achievement, as there are some helpful strategies to speed up getting some of the items.

Not all of the bad RNG drops can be improved, but at least some, like the ones that drop off those ghostly mini-bosses that you summon, you can sure speed that one up. I thought it was quite helpful

You should already know the Blizzard rewarding system for cosmetics, some have a really low drop rate and that’s part of a meta achievement or something that you must farm with 40+ alts. At least on SL some mounts are dropped by rares or you can buy those on the covenant too.

Your post could be a good feedback but it’s a single phrase crying about mechadone, you should request content that gets easier for each attempt, i saw that other games like FFXIV has some coins that are dropped if you don’t get X mount and then you can buy it for those coins, or not weekly lockouts for old content so you don’t need like an army of alts.

We need more feedback on the forums with a good structure, maybe some day a dev or Community manager will put attention and people will answer your points better.

Mecha-Done is barely worth the effort if all you’re after is the mount. I would suggest farming the rare instead, because all you’re doing is giving yourself another shot at the mount with an extra what? 1% drop chance? It’s a very small help.

NGL, I stopped doing things on Mechagon while it was still relevant.
Because let’s face it – are gnomes ever really relevant? So what if a gnome king wants to kill other gnomes!

Huh. I completed it on 8/28/2019, so it’s been a while since I even thought about it. Sure, there was some RNG, but I’ve seen much worse.

From the time I got my “Explore Mechagon” to the time I got that achievement, it looks like it took me 2 months.

Some people aren’t 12 year olds and they actually play the content in the game because they want to, instead of being tryhards trying to max their GS and wave their fake mythic status around like they’re “pro gamers” in a 17 year old relic of outdated game design.

It’s hard to believe, I know.

I liked mechagon.
The junkyard tinkering was a fun little minigame that didn’t have anything to do with player power.

Imagine a patch adding not just a microzone, but two actual zones full of content that were still doing today.

I still haven’t gotten that final piece of music to complete that achieve. I just believe it’ll never drop now.

I completed Mecha-Done and still no mount from that shrieking bird. You’ll get a better chance of getting the mount from achievement than that stupid bird.
