Me trying to do +15's for KSM

oh i wasn’t implying the OP is a bad player at all. i’m just saying, that’s why the comments towards bad players are more prevalent than ones that blame the system…cuz M+ is fine imo, and obviously to most others.

i don’t even know what you think is "broken about the “system” anyway. it’s a very popular and rewarding activity :revolving_hearts:

i think it’s mostly the strugglers that hate on it tbh. most reasonable players that don’t like M+ just move on to something they enjoy.

What is broken is the fact that someone who has timed M 15’s and higher can’t get into a M15. That is a pretty broken system in my book.

it’s more complicated than that.

sometimes it’s composition, sometimes it’s because there’s 50 other players to compete against, etc. i think most people understand that. this is a ladder activity, obviously you don’t want to settle if you want to be taken seriously. if you don’t like ladders, maybe it’s a you issue.

i played an off meta spec this entire expansion, and pugged the entirety of it…that’s a community issue you’re describing, nothing to do with the system itself if you ask me. :dracthyr_blob_dance_animated:

It shouldn’t be complicated. People shouldn’t be sitting around waiting and hoping they can get into a group like this. It is what we call bad system design. BTW, if there was true balance in the game, comp wouldn’t matter that much, nor would what “covenant” you’re in etc.

it’s not bad design if it’s that popular…sorry i’m not convinced.

balance is a completely different issue that i’m 100% certain you don’t understand…metas will exist in every competetive environment…it’s a human behavior thing - anyway it’s cool :revolving_hearts:

I 2-chested a 19 Grimrail and guess what? I still got declined for 20 Grimrails a lot. You need some determination  (And I play a meta class, although you couldn’t pay me to be melee in Grimrail)

I’m sorry, but the time commitments for the vast majority of the playerbase are nothing compared to simply getting to level cap in classic.

Let alone the fancy PvP titles or, god forbid, trying to get scarab lord.

you’re 70 points away. Why not just keep pushing your key?

Oh I understand it completely. Poor balance is why out of 24 dps specs:
only 6 represent the bulk of the M+ dps and poor Affliction, Feral, Arcane, and Assassination represent the bottom 3%. Not to mention the fact that it would not matter which covenant you played.

mostly irrelevant but I’ve seen arcane easily pulling like 20-30k dps in m+

I did that last season and got KSM in a month (while switching between multiple toons as I tried to decide on what my main should be) despite taking a year off from WoW and only coming back near the end of S3. I also managed to get KSM this season already while working a full-time job and going to school full-time.

I hardly have “hours upon hours” to run dungeons, and I’ve already achieved what I set out to do for season 4. Your situation is either a lack of skill or a lack of will. It’s up to you to figure out which it is and figure out how to correct it.

You’re a druid, you can tank or heal for a free pass if you want.

Otherwise, push with your friends?

IMHO, pugging is the fastest way to get KSM because you can choose which dungeons to run.

And you’re trying to take a shortcut to your destination where there isn’t one (besides paying gold for a boost), so you’re trying to drive through the forest and are angry when you hit a tree.

Grow up.

I agree and think they should stop with these half baked systems and make m+ a full on ladder system with matchmaking. Linking gear progression to the premade group finder is trash.

Can confirm. I’ll be 38 this year. I also pug’d my keys and got KSM Tuesday right before my raid night started.
