Mazthoril aka the Blue Dragon Cave in Winterspring has a persistent bugged mob that will agro you through the floor and attack you with Blastwave, causing AOE damage to yourself and/or your party and slowing your movement.
You cannot reach this mob. Summoned mobs like Shamans’ wolves will attempt to attack it through the floor but this will not allow players to interact/target/attack it.
