The Sunwell’s Holy energy is powered by a Naaru fragment. As we are all well aware of, the Naaru tend to turn Void at times, as part of their natural cycle. So, the Sunwell becoming the Voidwell in the future, completely without any outside interference at all, is inevitable.
What’s odd is the fact that the Void Elves didn’t resettle in any other Horde city despite the fact that Lorthemar only banned them from being close to Silvermoon. The Void Elves could have easily resettled elsewhere outside of Silvermoon. There is a huge lore gap there that was never explained.
They initially went to the Ghostlands IIRC to continue their research. Then they found Dar’Khan’s research, made their way to Telegros Rift, discovered and then were saved by Alleria, who promised further teaching and inclusion if they re-joined the Alliance.
So basically they joined Alliance because it was convenient for them more specifically for their survival as a race, I wonder what would happen if Umbric decides to make a U-turn once they get bored with the whole faction shenanigan’s. Void Elves always seemed more like a neutral oriented race to me. Joining Alliance is a very surprising leap since they were literally with the Horde for decades, they probably even have family in the Horde and would refuse to attack the Horde (Silvermoon) if their own folks were put in danger.
The rift is their home. They can have their voidwell there.
No.
Want a voidwell? Create in you own racial capital: Telogrus Rift
Yes.
It is not longer your home. You defiled yourself with void and we do not want you sullying our home, any part of home, with your polluted selves.
That is not what our brush with fel demonstrated.
You are anathema. Live with it.
Well Blood Elves used “fel” as a tool, why are they afraid to use “void” as a tool? I mean elves aren’t a stupid race that will succumb to the Void corruption so easily, of all the races in the game I believe elves are the most intelligent when it comes to controlling all kinds of magic.
So you admit that void corrupts?
And yet think we should let it into our lands?
No. You made your bed, now you can lie on your cold dead rock.
I want to see the Void Elves raise a magnificent city that makes Silvermoon look miniscule and tiny. Hopefully one day on the opposite side of Silvermoon facing your city in the Ghostlands lol. Similar to how Minas Tirith was facing Minas Morgul. Minas Morgul = the new Void Elf city.
This would require to make the Alliance good which isn’t going to happen with the current leadership.
Telgrus is just temporary, it’s way too small to host a racial capital city…I want the Void Elves to build a massive city similar to Silvermoon but 2x the size but on Azeroth not in Telgrus, it’s just too small to hold a mega city.
Slap the Void Elves in Quel’thalas a final wish from Kael’thas, and turn the border into a wPvP zone.
The Horde should’ve committed genocide against the Void Elves instead.
remember the crazy Yrel from the alternative Draenor
I actually kinda want it in Telogrus. If it’s in a hard to reach area (for the Horde) then it can’t get Teldrassil-ed, lmao. Just say they pulled in more rocks with void magic or something.
She doesn’t represent the entire Cosmic Force of Light.
Your ancestral home is currently a giant swirl in the middle of the ocean ( joking)
I miss this good old political faction conflict. this was one of the main things in warcraft, mainly in the rts, the betrayal in alterac (WC2), Garithos (Wc3) and so on
The void will not be contained in a well.
