11979 went to 9900 on herod in like 20 mins
We’d established some roots on Whitemane too. We went over to Thunderfury last night, now they’re thinking of going back. Also, most of them want to play on a very high pop server.
Went from like 13k with a 3-4 hr estimate to 7k and like 2-3 hrs estimate
Whitemane:
Started queue 12:30 PST @ ~11,000 position
Now: 1:05 PST @ ~ 5000 position
Herod? or stallag?
An hour ago I was at a 500 min wait. At approx Position 14322 I’m now at 9135 and 181 min

Loss of layering wouldn’t effect queue times. Queue times are based off total server limit. Your other points are valid though.
They should just add more layering, I don’t see the majority of people staying long even if they make it to lvl 60. There’s no end game outside of dungeon/raid/bgs, the majority literally only sit there and do wq/warfronts/pet battling/lfr, basically solo play content.

It basically removes the queues from newer realms. The goal is to get people to spread out, not to encourage more people to stick with Herod

Reminds me of how the majority of raiders are horde because of racials in the past, they’ve really fixed the scale when looking at alliance/horde balance in live.

Well, if max realm capacity is around 3k with layering removed, 1k would be considered a substantial increase.
People seem to be saying they’re doing the increase in increments, probably to make sure everything stays stable.
gone the good ol’ days when people were proud to work for Blizzard. Now you just look like a mediocre industry worker with mediocre salaries for a company that ALWAYS under delivers. Substantially increasing =/= shaving 2-3K people off the queue. Increase the cap by 10K … fck you all doing with the billions you have made off this game besides bad expansions and bad decision making ?

It’s alright there’s plenty of players like this Cancelled my Account just give it a month or two and there probably won’t be a queue on said realms.
