It is the developers’ fault that this xp penalty exists. If a low level player is soloing a low level elite worth 6k xp, and a max level player tags it when it’s almost dead, the low level player gets 60 xp.
I don’t understand how anyone can be responsible for setting up those numbers but the developers. This changed during the Legion pre-patch when low level characters were getting next to no xp in invasions, then changed back with level scaling.
All of this was done by the developers. None was done by players. Yet you are blaming the low level players who are losing out on xp due to unintentional interference by high level players.
Judging by the number of posts and snippets you have repeatedly spammed, it’s clear this is an important agenda for you. Are you a dev’s girlfriend or something?
