Switch now. You have a better chance to hit the meta build for rogue statistically. Remember the Monty hall problem. You should always switch given the choice.
Well I went Ven on my dwarf rogue. My Orc will stay NF for now.
I have a feeling venthir will be best for both sub and assa in pvp. Nerfs are definitely going to be needed.
