Hello.
The bug is that even when you choose this talent, sometimes it simply stop working.
This is a major DPS loss for Elemental Shamans since it’s a pretty solid boost for damage. Sometimes it can be fixed by relogging, but sometimes you just cant relog, like in an arena match or something like that.
