in the quest line doing the scenario stage 6 an add Dread Siphonist keeps Evading all attacks at The Accuser Empowered platform and can not progress further. Happened twice still have not completed

The same is happening to me too.

You have to abandon the quest and pick it up again and do it over and that is how I finished it.
