FFXIV is probably one of them, they have it. FFXIV seems more into “roleplay” stuff, by default.
I can’t see Wow doing it, for the same reason they never did “fluff” housing and instead did a convoluted “Garrison” which they liked even less than we did.
Basically, they would say, “But what does Marriage do for hardcore raiders? Oh? Then we are not doing it, we don’t think there is interest there.”
