Marks of Honor for transmog

What are some low effort ways to get Marks of Honor for the pvp transmog vendors? I really like the styles and colors of some pvp sets, but I don’t really want to get into pvp beyond doing a couple casual arena matches every now and then.

I remember these used to be a reward from the Legion PvP World Quests, but that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore. Is something like that coming back for Shadowlands?

low effort but not fast - keep an eye on your legion class hall quests for “A Good Dustup”. The bonus item for having better than 100% is a mark of honor. They are BoA so if you have alts you can have them mailed to the toon you really want the appearance on.
