Mark of the Champion Hidden Buff Slot

This also affects the seal of the dawn. I’m not sure about the spell power trinkets but it may affect them too.

It currently takes up 1 buff slot (hidden) in addition to the visible AD comission buff. Seal of the Dawn behaves the same way. If you equip both, the commission buff stacks but they each take up a hidden buff slot.

Here is a video evidence taken from the classic wow PTR: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RxrUjYcXZs0

Having both UD AP trinkets as a warrior means you only get 29 visible buffs.
32 - stance - 2 trinkets. This doesn’t seem intentional.

Petrified Scarab is also a problem. It uses 2 buff slots even though it only has 1 visible buff.

Buffs take up buff slots, that’s how it works. It’s also not a hidden buff, you have a visible buff and even an animation plays when you equip it.

It has 1 visible buff and 1 hidden buff. The visible buff is the argent dawn commission buff that you talked about. You can click it off but you still have 1 hidden buff. If you equip both ud ap trinkets, you only have 1 commission buff. You can see in this video that I do not click off the commission buff and I still have 1 hidden buff.

At 4 seconds I use diamond flask while at 30 visible buffs, my dragonslayer buff falls off. I should have 31 visible buffs. 32 - warrior stance.

World buff meta for a 15 year old game not designed for it is the most idiotic thing.

Hopefully this is something that gets fixed/changed

Would be nice if this could be fixed. They fixed a few things like enchants to not take debuff slots. I hope they can fix this!

This makes the trinket significantly worse when factoring the buff cap. It ends up being what is effectively either a 30 ap or 15 stam loss depending on what buff you drop to make room for it. Think that much like Libram enchants this should be fixed so the AP bonus is not taking up a hidden buff slot.
