Yeah they finally fixed it.
Awesome how they would rather have a lot of customers spend time troubleshooting rather than just taking 2 minutes to acknowledge the problem.

I would have preferred to avoid having to reinstall the game completely and do a lot of manipulation to try to solve the problem myself.
At least they intervened relatively quickly but a little communication would have been welcome for sure…
Here to chime in that I’m also having this issue. It makes it very difficult to play when I don’t know who has what capped.
My world quests are bugged too. I can’t see the area where the quest applies on my mini map.
