thats a tough one. If i had to define manly as
determination
leadership
patience
perseverance
strength of conviction

and often they are misunderstood or underated in general because they tend to be humble/meek.
bridenbrad, rexxar, anduin lothar, turyalon, tirion before he got ashbringer, thrall before he went back to outlands.
im kinda struggling with this a bit.
