It’s a dumb holdout of the old Blizzard mentality, unfortunately. It’s dumb to delay it. They should release it when they release the raid. The people who do it very clearly have no interest in raiding.
I also have no idea why they would want prople to warch their story on YouTube, as opposed to ingame with story mode.
