upon login to my resto shaman, lv 43, i see message, talents reset. uh oh. not good. and yes I was correct.
mana tide is open/available on talent tree spec side (right side) BUT has red text on it “REQUIRES lv 52” what??? is this a bug? I have yet to see a required level on an open and available talent on any of my numerous chars.
does anyone actually do quality control? testing? proofreading???
