Already camped to hell by bots and real players alike. We need the same change Black Lotus got to allow these to rarely drop from things like Terocone, Netherbloom, Nightmare Vine, Dreaming Glory.

It’s absolutely ludicrous. Blizzard needs to add more of this herb, stop cramming layers and get rid of bots FASTER. There’s no excuse.

They should just make more spawn points. It’s pretty easy to lock down mana thistle farming because of the limited spawn locations which is mostly in netherstorm with a couple in BEM and nagrand and then the spawns above shatt.

yes. this. 100% this. why pretend a singular resource will be in short supply?
the number of players they’re jamming onto a tiny number of layers is destroying the open world. TBC was originally designed with WAY fewer players in mind. the open world and all of its systems are crumbling under the weight of this population density.
give us more layers blizz. this MEGA server you’ve got is busted af

@Blizz, can something please be done about this? This is getting out of control — there are 10 Horde and Alliance players on every layer fighting over Mana Thistle spawns. The moment one appears, it turns into complete chaos with everyone swarming it.
If this keeps up, it’s a total waste of time, especially since many players aren’t fully geared and still depend on flasks.

The more bots. The more layers..the more layers the more mana thistles. The more mana thistles being farmed the cheaper my consumes.
This is 100% false. Those bots withhold from the market to drive prices up to force gold purchases, they are the same ones selling the gold…

We 20 manned Gruul and Mag this week. I don’t think we’ve ever had a full raid yet as we are trying to fill our last slots.
It will matter more in T5, even if launched post nerf but if ya’ll are wasting valuable resources in T4 you’re either loaded on gold or like pissing away resources.
As an aside people who told others to “play with less people to make it harder” are funny.

They just need to randomize all gathering spawns in a zone.

there is already a solution in retail and in my comment so yes. the downside is sometimes it despawns while you’re gathering but it’s better
Sharable would definitely work as well.
Garbage change. Just randomize spawns.

I prefer the randomization as well. Spreads out the bots and pretty much stops the camping of specific nodes/herbs.
