Yes, you can certainly get high forged items from world quests/emissaries/heroic dungeons.

Yeah, but no one is farming heroic dungeons on the off-chance that they’ll get a ridiculous titanforge out of it.

I too usually get about 50 a day. Or atleast used to. in the past few days it is SIGNIFICANTLY less.
You hunt rares (damn near all of them) and do all the wq and follower dailies for that for those that doubt us.
Prolly did to increase the grind. Not surprised though.
On the other hand, I think benthic gear might serve well as a test to probe the playerbase’s true level of interest in high end content, e.g. “do people actually want high end content or just high ilvl loot?”. It will be interesting to see the answer.
Right. There are multiple ways to get up now.
Some take longer than others. But at the end of the day, the plethora of gear is needed due to the complexity if secondary stats and azerite traits.
Who cares if you can get a lot of gear, when a bunch of it is worse than other gear that’s 15-30ilvls lower.
The focus on gear has shifted from ilvl to a more complex system. Not necessarily a bad thing - but if someone places their own focus and worth on ilvl, they’re going to feel like something is off.

It can seem like Manapearl quantities have been reduced because the number you can obtain each day is entirely random.
In the worst case, relying only on dailies and WQs you can sometimes only receive 6-8 manapearls in a single day if the WQs dont reward them. Other days you may find yourself with 25+ just from WQs and dailies. However if you grind out rares you can get more if you are patient. As well you can get 25 from the emissary sometimes as well as an intermittent follower level reward. Finally there is the reward from that summoned monster weekly.
I have gotten nearly 60 manapearls in a single day and ive also gotten 8. It is really just luck of the draw.

50? I guess then i did something wrong i never got 50 a day. Just hit Exalted on my toon and i didn’t spend any pearls other then the 75 for the Mana thing … and i am at like 300 lol.
They “Ion’d” it. Ion was recently added to the dictionary. It means to make into a painful, slow and stupid grind. Or to suck.
Used ina sentence: man this game sure has become ridiculously ion’d.

A lot of the manapearls are random drops.
I doubt you were averaging 50 a day.
You get significantly more on a Tuesday than any other day because of Mardiva and the World Boss.
You also get more early on in the zone from one time quests and I think the follower rewards early on give some as well.
You may have earned 50 or ,close to it, on a few specific days, but no way was 50 every the average.

well I must be the exception then, I started the abyssal focus + every piece of benthic gear is at 420 including the 3 benthic azerite pieces, except the feet which are 425. I also bought the drowned hippogryph pet, I also bought a handful of benthic tokens to get the pieces of gear I wanted before upgrading them, as well as to get the cloak for the hidden murloc items. and currently holding 60 before doing anything in nazjatar today.
Rewards from WQ and the dailies are random.
Each player, let along each character on a single players account, has a different set of rewards for the same set of quests.
I’ve had toons on days that bring in 30 pearls from WQ/Dailies in Nazjatar and at the same time toons that bring in 10 pears. The swings are quite large and very random.
yep today, doing all dailies and WQs and didnt get any pearls from the 3 elites I killed, got only 18. the last 4 days have been a drought
