Tons of people have malevolent gear in arena, but newly made chars or people who missed the window from the SW vendor cannot obtain this.
If you dont have malevolent gear you cannot participate in arena it is not worth playing at a 20ilvl disadvantage. Please address this.

What is going on with Parrying and Expertise?
Its been broken on the Beta since release. expertise and hit caps are not working properly.
I don’t believe that is correct.
Can you provide evidence of that?
Unfortunately I dont have the time to sit down and provide proof with substance, I would however encourage you to go onto the PVP beta and attempt auto attack tests on different classes with hit and exp caps maxed and take a look at what you find; You might be surprised.
Unfortunately I don’t have the time to sit down and investigate bugs without them being confirmed bugs. Potential dead ends are a waste of time.
Is this accounting for the fact that strength increases parry and agility increases dodge? There is no real expertise cap in PvP, and hit cap should be 2% higher than it says on the stat sheet because of night elves.
There are some points that could be made, however a particularly easy test for this is to just sit down for 5 minutes and auto attack someone from the back and see the results.
Stating you don’t believe something is correct and then also not providing any additional reason as to why you think so considering you responded like I gave you enough evidence to support disagreeing with me is also in the exact same way a “Dead end” and “waste of time”

So what you did twice saying it’s broken and providing no evidence, and then when asked just said you can’t.
I have hit players multiple times and have not experienced anything out of the ordinary, especially since the time you first posted, this has been investigated before and it is a waste of time to investigate it again without new information.

That does not render my opinion on the matter irrelevant and you also have no idea if I’m submited detailed explainations of this issue via the appropriate bug reports or other tools that are not the forum. Your level of entitlement is astonishing large for someone who the information isn’t for.
