Please blizzard, make Malevolence no GCD so we can Macro it to darkglare or other DMG CD’s, I dont have another button slot for this ability.
This is an important Quality of Life Change.

It should have a cast time, like dark ascension / void eruption.

Lol no.
But being off the GCD is fine, since it has an immediate on-use effect (Wither stacks). GCDs just don’t belong on spells that buff your next action.
