I thought this was bis. Did they nerf it and allow everyone to get just through capping CP?
You can get it through conquest and yeah I think it was nerfed a while back but its still OP anyway

Yea got it just for capping points. People made it seem like this RNG drop, unless they changed it recently and used to be.
Its absorb scales nastily with ilvl especially above 400. So if someone titanforges rng makes it pretty dumb
Ahh so it still drops randomly and can titanforge? Makes sense then. But yea, still free 20k hit which is half my CB for pushing the button.
Which can crit and the absorb if used after a healer dispels is just murderous. Especislly if u used it in chain
I’m missing templates more and more now.
I want character progression too, it’s very vital to the game, but there is so much to unpack with the problems with the way gear is being worked now.
I like the traits. I think they’re great. I’d love to have the templates back but let us progress through picking what traits which is beneficial to your character.
And that’s if we can’t get WoD PvP gearing system back.
I don’t know how high it is able to titanforge, but the 415 version is much better than the 385 one, lol. A decent/good healer in BGs should be able to handle a 385 one fine…
There was a large gap where the trinket wasnt available for the cap reward and lots of people got through rng and started tearing people apart. Now we just have to see how the new raids items will affect pvp. Think someone said the pants in there are just a straight % damage increase.

If they wanna make PvP a side thing, that’s fine. Give PvE more rewards that would make them feel like a bunch of shiny little glitter queens.
Just stop this insane idea of forcing PvPers to go into PvE as a fair method to get that advantage. Because not only does that gravy my biscuits, but seeing all these dundercucks who don’t PvP come in and feel as if they are the coolest thing since fidget spinners.
I believe Maledict is only available from PVP, not from PVE, so to the extent that it’s the best in slot for PVP, it’s a good example of the opposite of forcing PVP players to PVE.
All PVP items are available from capping Conquest, which is a good thing, since it means eventually you can get a full set of items just from PVP.
If you’re talking to me, I already know about the Maledict trinket being PvP.
That trinket is the least of my concerns. One OP PvP trinket compared to numerous PvE trinkets being too powerful in PvP isn’t making sense
Prob is alot of azerite pieces from pve are bis. And gearing is overall easier. U could duelist for 400 gear. Or go yolo a heroic. And mythic plus

That’s even more disappointing. Because two out of the three azerite pieces are PvP and they’re the highest ilvl for that slot.
I really wanted Empyrean Power but didn’t get that option, or it wouldn’t have been the better option… A free Divine Storm with some extra stank on it is nice to have in the middle of rotation.
Like I said just wait until the new raid and we will see how important it will be to pve just to pvp. Hopefully blizz just turns off all the flashy effects from the new raid tier.
If so, then it’s a shame, but I guess I’ll just have to go and play other games I like.
I mean don’t get me wrong, WoW has been a favorite of mine for years, but I’m not spending time in raids/mythics in an environment that isn’t even what I wanted to play under… just so I CAN go to the environment I want to play in and be on par.

Havent seen the gear pop up in pvp yet from my experience.
I guess it depends which raid level you mean. I hardly see mythic or even full heroic raiders in bgs.
