Shadow priests have mind spike which is a “shadow / frost” spell they can cast when locked out of their shadow school.
Time to make smite a “holy / frost” spell so we can cast smite when locked out of holy. I know we can cast mind blast and mind games if countered, but those don’t offer the same bonus modifiers smite does for our healing spells.
