Humans and night elves both have a problem with their faces, I liked old model faces on both better than any of the new ones. I call it sameface, they generally lack character which is ironic considering they are higher definition. The bodies seem the same or better, the animations obviously improved. But there are classic human and night elf faces I like that don’t seem to have retail analogues.

More and better faces would fix most everything I think.
