Make leaving bannable

What if, there was a solution, that both sides could get behind, and we could make a new post advocating for it instead of arguing, and lett bad devs fix it?

if its a guild run good luck with that. so either deal with the crappy guild healer or eat a fat deserter? that sounds kinda messed up

You deserve 7 days deserter debuff for any toxic behavior ruining other peoples games.

I vote to nerf the trinket.

ok mr hiding behind a 15 sock puppet… show your main with previous ratings.

Not the correct solution and hurts blizz bottom line. oof. way off take

So what we have here is “Ant Farm Syndrome” It is an age-old trap developers fall into of trying to coerce players into a specific action they desire from them. This seldom works because players do not care what developers want, they care what they want.

To solve this, you must figure out how to align what players want with what you want them to do. Want them to finish the dungeon? Make sure what they want, in this case a trinket, requires them to do that somehow.

Don’t take the bait.

A blizzard thinker. The solution is always nerf and make everyone sad. Not a great take tbh

A great solution that all the degenerates don’t want to get behind because arguing is more fun is to put all dungeon loot at the end of the dungeon.

Pretty well worded. Just put all loot at the end if this is a concern.

  1. Where have I ruined anything?

  2. If I want to leave a group for any reason YES.

Actually no you shouldnt.

So go play that game then

Oh im just wanting to stir the pot. Lol

Tbh no matter what is suggested it wont be good in some capacity.

Maybe a “if you leave 3 dungeons early you get deserter?”

oh got ya. you here for the entertainment too. Noted.

Well you could do that, or share the loot table among all the bosses. I think it’s better to make sure people always get loot from bosses they kill, in case you actually need to leave for IRL reasons.

Putting the loot at the end of the dungeon only hurts one thing, and that’s the loose ‘connection’ of loot to a boss thematically, which is already pretty loose in most cases anyway.

Hehe indeed. :stuck_out_tongue: least for a moment gotta bring groceries in.

I’m here till I’m done farmign gear in dungeons

There’s no need to make yourself more personable. There are many games that allow you to be a pos, and you can do it constantly without any worries.

Tbh m+ the loot is at the end not sure why they dont do that with other difficulties too. Be easier too.

One big shiny box at the end is always fun. Its like we had to vanquish the bosses to get at the final loot hidden away.
