Make it so Tanks can't interrupt in midnight just like healers

Every prot paladin saying “don’t your dare, that was our ‘thing’!”

They could just get rid of interrupts completely. Design everything to be healed through or avoided. Then we can all focus on max throughput because apparently doing anything more than that is too stressful.

All tanks except 1 so that can be their flavor.

maybe warriors since they originally 2 interrupts.

Let tanks focus on mitigation and threat, wouldn’t want to burden them with having to think about using an interrupt as well.

Nah, just take it away from Tanks and Healers so that DPS have a good damn responsibility.

If threat management was actually a thing any more, I would agree. But it’s not. After like two globals, something will stay on me 'til it dies (unless someone taunts).

Also 2004-2025.

It was actually worse in 2004. The interrupters were primarily rogues and warriors, it didn’t just cost them a GCD but a nice chunk of energy/rage too. That’s why they hated pressing Kick/Pummel.

Agree with that too - it should be a thing. I just started goofing in Fellowship and enjoyed having to manage threat - although that could be a “new character” thing that goes away, not sure.

Been leveling a Warrior in Anniversary, so glad threat ain’t a stuff like in Classic.

Idk, I think you should remove mitigation too…it might be too hard otherwise…

Nah, i see tanks mitigating damage all time but DPS barely interrupt.

Give them some responsibility, if the group wipes because spells went off should be completely the DPS fault.

The tanks and healers aren’t either. Everyone at that level sucks until they improve. Pretending it’s all down to dps is such a boring argument.

Only if they give every tank a way to reposition obnoxious caster mobs. Maybe a way to reposition other players in the group too.

No kicks, only dps. Healers adjust.

Good idea, that way I as a DPS can ignore interrupting and just rely on making you do more work as a healer to heal through the casts.

I wouldn’t call 11’s,12’s and 13’s high keys but wouldn’t call them low either, maybe medium high? :thinking:

And yet DPS still can’t keybind their interrupt.

Speak for yourself, i always have a ridiculous amount of interrupts sadly the next one is a DPS with less that 1/4 of mine. Not even to forget that Tanks and Healers have way more responsibilities in a group.

Im not saying is all DPS fault, what im asking in the OP is to also remove the interrupts from Tanks as devs just did with the Healer so from Midnight and on interrupting is solely a DPS job.

Why is so bad to give them responsibilities to the role with almost none of them?

Yeah, that’s how the game is designed. Tanks have more interrupt buttons, mostly.

Personally I enjoy depth to my class.

Because we’re choosing to play the role with more responsibility? That is a choice.

every spec should have an interrupt. the end. not even accepting arguments to that fact.

what in the hades does blizzard think they’re doing? do they even play their own game because now i’m wondering. trust me, we have time to interrupt. trust me, we WANT to interrupt.

delves are going to be so much more unpleasant…

lol..this posts still screams “i’m too busy watching my meters to consider if a mob is being tanked before i bust my load on it..”

And most DPS specs have a interrupt every 15 seconds average, that could be pressed easily 25 times in a dungeon yet press it 3.

Do they? Im not sure, but if they do then gotta press it way more.

Indeed, all im asking for responsibility being split more around the group.
