Can all of you shut it before someone at blizzard get around to patching out this clearly unintended mechanic.

Not a chance. This has been a thing since forever, and it is common knowledge among catweavers.
Gotta say I do like the OPs idea. Unless I’m in a raid it’s almost always a DPS cool down for me and could save a global not having to shift immediately after using innervate. Not very consequential, just quality of life mostly.

Blizzard has let things like this go for a decade now. They stay in until the effort to figuring out and removing the excretion that lets it happen is worth the dev time.
