I think lorewise most of them still are, at least as far as horde vs alliance goes. It’s just the main characters (the only ones we see) that aren’t.
But yeah I think wow is at it’s best when both sides hate each other. Not just a handful from one side.
Faction war/hatred should, IMO, always be there but never the focus of the story. Just the accompaniment to whatever the main problem going on is.
If the Alliance got a brutal leader maybe they’d have a place in the story. Although to be fair I think the Alliance villains (Arthas, for example) have the best storylines, and best questlines.

in all seriousness though the alliance has potential for some great villians, whether its the fall of anduin, or just and overly righteous alliance bro like jaina or her father, they could be great. that’s the alliance I love to fight.

Don’t ever ask for something to be made racist or sexist or whatever for the sake of being edgy or “a good villain”. Those are the worst villains, the ones who should be pitched off of a cliff before they get anywhere at all. The players who clamor for these types to rise to power will always, always be disappointed, and rightly so.

what if the living sylvanas’s followers, stage a attack, opposing as the horde, attack the alliance, Anduin learns of it, and the pressure gets to him and he gets tired of the hordes aggression.
(which was staged by sylvanas and her followers)
and declared a 5th war (Not during this expansion if she’s still around that is)
That seems pretty unlikely. I don’t think the Loyalists have near enough numbers to pose any kind of threat much of anywhere right now. Skirmishes, perhaps, but Anduin is aware by now that there are still hard-line Sylvanas bootlickers out there. I’d imagine the Horde is doing it’s best to root out a lot of those leftovers too.

doesn’t need to be a large fight or anything major, could be a assassination attempt, could even be like when the twilight hammer did during the meeting with the druids.
I think a much more plausible, and sinister, angle would be for Sylvanas to use Tyrande’s aggression as the tool to get the bigtime murdering she wants. Her focus will shift from perpetuating an official war to leading Tyrande to the places she can do the most damage, through proxies or under some sort of trickery or other. Strikes against the Horde to begin with, of course, but ranging out against the Alliance where opportunity arises. A slow, poisonous temptation, feeding Tyrande’s ideas that only Kal’Dorei deserve to rule this world, that only they can save it.
I also think that this is why Greymane has been moved off that track. He may have been polarizing in his attacks on Sylvanas in previous expansions, but he was always after her specifically, hunting the leader to disperse the followers. I think Greymane’s feud is with her alone, and that he will mellow significantly on the Horde, while remaining distrustful enough to keep a watchful eye on Anduin.
