It’s literally better to do anything else except for casting rejuvenation as feral. It heals for so little it’s not even worth the GCD, never mind spending an actual talent point to get.
At least back when we could get swiftmend it worked as a decent emergency heal but right now it’s literally useless.
If we’re going to spend a talent point to get it, it should at least heal for as much as a regrowth.
