We should be able to buy a stack of the Anglers’ Water Striders mount equipment and place it in our warband bank and then take one out on new alts as needed. Currently you have to buy 1 (just one, b/c you can only hold one in your bag at a time), mail it to an alt, then buy another, mail it, buy another…

I have engineering on the character, well on all my characters, so as I buy one and mail it to my character because I use the postal add-on and can simply grab their name from the drop-down. So I buy one and then mail one. Buy one and then mail one until they all have one and then I buy one extra to stick in the bank just to save me a trip out later. Having the ability to pull out a mailbox in any form while purchasing is a smooth sailing event.
If I may, where were you riding on water?
nowhere in particular. its more of a preparatory thing

When Pandaria came out, I rode my chopper on the water from the starting area all the way to the North. Then I worked my way down to buy the Yak on the first day.
Non-water related, then I worked down to get up on the wall and inside to set my hearth at the endgame spot while I was still minimal level.
